Beijer completed the acquisition of AVS.

Beijer, an international industrial group focused on component production and industrial trading, completed the acquisition of AVS, a Finnish technical wholesaler and manufacturer of pneumatics, industrial valves and compressors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Through its high quality and flexibility, AVS has built a strong position within its market niche. AVS has been active in this business for more than four decades and has built a strong position in the attractive industrial valves and pneumatics market. The company is a good complement to our existing valves company, PA Ventiler, and marks an expansion of our valves offering to the Finnish market.
