Private equity firms Isatis Capital and Bpifrance completed a majority stake in Groupe 3R Industries, a manufacturer of CNC material testing machines. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Well positioned in its niche markets, the 3R Group has made itself essential to major industrial clients.
