Colabor completed the acquisition of foodservice assets of Groupe Beaudry.

Colabor, a distributor and wholesaler of food and related products, completed the acquisition of foodservice assets of Groupe Beaudry, an independent food wholesaler. Financial terms were not disclosed. Beaudry has been a distributor and a business partner of Colabor for many years, being a customer for its wholesale segment. The acquisition of this new clientele will allow Colabor to consolidate its presence in Eastern Quebec.
