Direct Capital completed the acquisition of Hiway Group from The Riverside Company.

Direct Capital, an investment company, completed the acquisition of Hiway Group, a construction engineering company, from The Riverside Company, a global investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re incredibly proud of our accomplishments at Hiway in partnership with the management team.
