Palatine Private Equity completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Isle Utilities from XPV Water Partners.

Palatine Private Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Isle Utilities, a consultancy specialising in the development and commercialisation of emerging technologies in the water and environmental sectors, from XPV Water Partners, an investment firm.
