Collectors, a provider of authentication, grading and collection management services to the collectibles markets, completed the acquisition of SGC, an authentication and grading company focused on trading cards. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our portfolio focuses on service providers that bring expertise, quality and value to hobbyists, and SGC has built a strong reputation on these three fronts.
