Adventist Health, a company that operates 26 hospitals with more than 3,700 licensed beds and provides outpatient care at more than 400 clinics, agreed to acquire Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center and Twin Cities Community Hospital, two hospitals in the US, from Tenet Healthcare, a for-profit multinational healthcare services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to increase our footprint to the beautiful Central Coast of California. We are committed to partnering with Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center and Twin Cities Community Hospital to expand services, and we will work together to serve our mission of increasing the availability of care for communities in this region,” Kerry L. Heinrich, Adventist Health President and CEO.
