Adventist Health, a company that operates 26 hospitals with more than 3,700 licensed beds and provides outpatient care at more than 400 clinics, agreed to acquire Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center and Twin Cities Community Hospital, two hospitals in the US, from Tenet Healthcare, a for-profit multinational healthcare services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to increase our footprint to the beautiful Central Coast of California.
