Innoflame, a provider of e-commerce solutions for ordering and managing staff gifts, work clothes, and brand products, completed the acquisition of the businesses of High Peak, a provider of curated business gifting and promotional product platform, and Rotor Form, a distributor of clothing and shoes. Financial terms were not disclosed.
