Colowide to acquire Nippon Meika Sohonpo from Advantage Partners.

Colowide, a provider of planning, operation, management, and franchise of food service chain restaurants in Japan, agreed to acquire Nippon Meika Sohonpo, manufacturer and retailer of confectionery and specialty products from Advantage Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
