Keysight Technologies completed the acquisition of Riscure from Vortex Capital Partners.

Keysight Technologies, an electronic measurement company, completed the acquisition of Riscure, a chip security testing lab and provider of testing tools, from Vortex Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
