PSG-backed Signaturit Solutions, a provider of cloud-based Trust Services that offers eSignature, eDelivery and eID solutions, agreed to acquire Vialink, a B2B commerce platform helping businesses realize their untapped potential by bringing together “players” and “services” that are enhanced by advanced data technologies and AI.
