MNC Capital, an investment firm, offered to acquire Vista Outdoor, a sporting goods and outdoor products company, for $3bn. The offer was rejected on March 4, 2024. Vista Outdoor's board has not changed its recommendation in support of the acquisition of its sporting products business by Czechoslovak Group. The offer was raised from $2.9bn to $3bn on March 25, 2024.
