Synopsis

Glens Falls National Bank and Trust, a provider of commercial banking, investment, trust and insurance services to individuals, corporations, and government institutions, agreed to acquire the New York branch office from Berkshire Hills Bancorp, the parent company of Berkshire Bank. Financial terms were not disclosed.
