KLAR Partners-backed Sandbäckens, a Swedish technical installation and services company offering electrical, heating, ventilation, automation, fire safety, plumbing, refrigeration, and related solutions, completed the acquisition of Filipstad Luftteknik, a Swedish ventilation systems installer and service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. " Belonging to Sandbäckens means that Filipstad Luftteknik can continue to grow.
