Asterion Industrial Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Five Bioenergy, a renewable and sustainable energy generation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The collaboration between Five Bioenergy and Asterion will help accelerate the deployment of capital to develop a portfolio of high-quality biomethane plants in Spain, contributing to the transition to a low economy in Portugal, while consolidating their position as leaders in the industry of biomethane.
