GreenYellow, a decentralized solar production company, and Enhol Group, a developer of renewable energy projects, agreed to form a joint venture, to invest €200m over the next five years to reach 300 MWp. "This agreement is in line with our strategy of organic and external growth in Spain, a dynamic market offering numerous opportunities thanks to its sustained commitment to the energy sector and sustainable investment. It reflects our ambition to grow exponentially in Europe and worldwide, with the support of our partner Ardian," Marcelino Oreja, GreenYellow Chairman.
