Truelink-backed Trulite completed the acquisition of American Insulated Glass.

Truelink-backed Trulite, an architectural glass and aluminum fabricators company, completed the acquisition of American Insulated Glass, a glass fabrication company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition marks an exciting chapter for Trulite.
