Haemonetics Corporation, a global provider of blood and plasma supplies and services, completed the acquisition of Attune Medical, a medical equipment manufacturer, for $160m. "Attune Medical's ensoETM will bolster Haemonetics' presence in the electrophysiology market and complement our leadership in Vascular Closure.
