Andera Partners, Société Générale and Siparex, three investors, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in GROUPE ADF, a provider of industrial engineering and maintenance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are satisfied with the acceleration already accomplished and the international scope that GROUPE ADF is taking.
