Andera Partners, Société Générale and Siparex, three investors, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in GROUPE ADF, a provider of industrial engineering and maintenance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are satisfied with the acceleration already accomplished and the international scope that GROUPE ADF is taking. With this collaboration of ANDERA, SGCP and SIPAREX, we will consolidate the Group's position as a key player in the industrial engineering and sustainable transformation sector. We want to combine our organic growth with our external growth operations, by strengthening our expertise, particularly on an international scale," Marc Eliayan, GROUPE ADF President.
