Multitude-backed CapitalBox, a company providing, alternative financing specialists for small- and medium-sized enterprises in Europe, completed the acquisition of Omniveta Finans, a company that specializes in invoice purchasing. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted that Omniveta will be part of Multitude going forward.
