Progrits to acquire Tetrasoft.

Progrits, a vertical software and information services company within business to business, agreed to acquire Tetrasoft, a IT company that develops traffic models for individual and public transport. Financial term were not disclose. "By Tetrasoft becoming part of Progrits, we add a strong and well-managed company to the group, and also enhance our overall service offering for both new and existing customers. Tetrasoft has several well-developed services and an efficient route optimization algorithm that complements our service offerings within Transportation & Logistics.
