Atlas Copco Group completed the acquisition of Zahroof Valves.

Atlas Copco Group, a company specializing in developing products, services and solutions in compressed air and vacuum solutions, energy solutions, dewatering and industrial pumps, completed the acquisition of Zahroof Valves, a company that designs, services and assembles reciprocating compression valve technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We can leverage on this technology to further increase the energy efficiency in our gas compressors since less power is required than when using traditional valve technology. We also see potential to use this technology to further develop our product and service offering in the growing hydrogen and carbon capture segments,” Vagner Rego, Atlas Copco Group Business Area President.
