Abu Dhabi National Hotels to acquire a minority stake in the Abu Dhabi National Hotels and Compass Group joint venture from Compass Group.

Abu Dhabi National Hotels, a broad-based hotel, tourism, transport and catering group, part of which is owned by the Abu Dhabi government, agreed to acquire a minority stake in the Abu Dhabi National Hotels and Compass Group joint venture, a provider of food and manpower services to corporates and organisations, from Compass Group, the multinational catering, hospitality and supports services business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
