A for-profit senior living owner and operator completed the acquisition of Parkview Christian Retirement Community, a senior living community consisting of 115 rental independent living apartments and sixty-two assisted living units spread over approximately six acres of land. Financial terms were not disclosed. This strategic decision provided for their creditors to be made whole and ensured that Oregon Baptist Home societies legacy will endure for many years to come.
