Alcadon Group, a telecommunications company, completed the acquisition of Wood Communications, a distributor of products and complete systems, for €10m. Wood comms will remain an independent decision-making unit within Alcadon’s decentralized structure and will not only benefit from being part of a larger group but will also be able to contribute and develop the rest of the group with their unique competence.
