Synopsis

Edit

Chris Kemp, Astra’s co-founder, chief executive officer and chairman, and Adam London, Astra’s co-founder, chief technology officer and director, agreed to acquire the remaining stake in Astra Space, a company that offers orbital launch services, for $0.50 per share. One factor driving toward the reduced buyout was that Astra Space was facing a liquidity crunch and there was a stated desire to leave the company with some cash to keep going.
