Pritzker-backed Sugar Foods completed the acquisition of Concord Foods.

Pritzker-backed Sugar Foods, a food company serving prominent foodservice, grocery, retail and restaurant brands, completed the acquisition of Concord Foods, a supplier of retail food products.
