Tecpoles, a producer of steel structures for various sectors, including lighting, traction, telecommunications, and energy, completed the acquisition of Contec Kromiss, a firm specializing in manufacturing tubular steel poles/towers for energy transmission, telecom, and lighting infrastructure, from Fusion Invest, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
