Renovo Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Informatics, a company actively engaged in the marketing and distribution of software products and solutions tailored for small and medium-sized companies, from Datalogic, a world-class producer of bar code readers, mobile computers, sensors, vision and laser marking systems, for $34m.
