Calyx to acquire Invicro from Konica Minolta.

Calyx, a technology-enabled provider of Medical Imaging services, agreed to acquire Invicro, a next-generation quantitative imaging biomarker company, from Konica Minolta, a Japanese multinational technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This complementary combination will create a new global leader in the provision of medical imaging solutions and development services to the clinical research community.
