Hitachi Zosen Inova completed the acquisition of a 85% stake in Schmack Biogas.

Hitachi Zosen Inova, a Swiss company specialising in energy from waste, completed the acquisition of a 85% stake in Schmack Biogas, an Italian company specializing in biogas and biomethane plant engineering and construction. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It’s an honour to bring Schmack Italy into the HZI family.
