BTG Pactual to acquire Signal Capital.

BTG Pactual, a financial services company, agreed to acquire Signal Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We see strong growth potential in the alternative products industry. It’s a big market to be explored and now, with falling interest rates, it’s time to take another step in that direction,” Allan Hadid, BTG Pactual Head of Asset Management.
