HRC Group to acquire Compositex.

HRC Group, a high-tech company specializing in the development of advanced fiber composite solutions, agreed to acquire Compositex, a company working on the processing of composite materials specialized in the realization of structural and complex parts. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Compositex is like the missing puzzle HRC is looking for in Europe. The completion of this collaboration is the result of much strategic discussion and is encouraging news for our clients,” Jordi Aranega, HRC Group vice president.
