Publicis Groupe-backed Publicis Sapient completed the acquisition of Spinnaker SCA from Black Lake Capital and Source Capital.

Publicis Groupe-backed Publicis Sapient, a global digital transformation consulting company and the digital business transformation hub, completed the acquisition of Spinnaker SCA, a supply chain services firm providing supply chain management consulting, supply chain planning, and supply chain execution services, from Black Lake Capital, a private investment firm, and Source Capital, a private equity firm that invests in lower-middle-market companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have had the privilege of partnering with Black Lake Capital to support their investment in Spinnaker SCA.
