Adelis Equity Partners-backed Circura completed the acquisition of ALU Steel.

Adelis Equity Partners-backed Circura, an operator of a group of specialized, service-focused contractor companies, completed the acquisition of ALU Steel, a construction service company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It is with great pleasure that I welcome ALU Steel and its employees to Circura!
