High Road Capital Partners-backed John Henry Foster Minnesota, a strategic collection of engineers, support and service teams, compressed air experts, and automation and robotics solutions provider, completed the acquisition of HTE Technologies, an automation supplier operating in Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois.
