Strength Capital Partners-backed Western States Reclamation, a provider of environmental reclamation and specialty civil contracting services, completed the acquisition of Naranjo Civil Constructors, a specialty civil contracting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The combination of the three businesses creates an unprecedented level of skills and expertise under one roof.
