The Riverside Company, a global private investment firm focused on the smaller end of the middle market, MERK Capital, an operationally-oriented private equity group, and StoneCreek Capital, an independent private equity sponsor, completed an investment in US Cabinet Depot, a wholesale distributor of ready-to-assemble kitchen and bath cabinetry products.
