The Riverside Company, MERK Capital and StoneCreek Capital completed an investment in US Cabinet Depot.

The Riverside Company, a global private investment firm focused on the smaller end of the middle market, MERK Capital, an operationally-oriented private equity group, and StoneCreek Capital, an independent private equity sponsor, completed an investment in US Cabinet Depot, a wholesale distributor of ready-to-assemble kitchen and bath cabinetry products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “USCD has experienced tremendous growth since inception approximately 12 years ago, and this partnership with Riverside will help accelerate our domestic expansion efforts.
