Ampersand Capital completed the acquisition of Specac.

Ampersand Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Specac, a spectroscopy accessories and sample prep solutions manufacturer, from Foresight Group, a listed infrastructure and regional private equity investment manager.
