Autocirc to acquire Grønvolds Bildemontering.

Autocirc, a distributor of sustainable spare parts, agreed to acquire Grønvolds Bildemontering, a condemned cars dismantling services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The company is one of the largest players in the industry in Scandinavia, which opens up new opportunities in the market for Autocirc.
