Beacon Interactive, a software development company, agreed to acquire the selected assets of Saber Interactive, a video game developer and publisher, from Embracer Group, a video game and media holding company, for $247m. “Over the past four years, I have been proud to be part of Embracer’s amazing transformation into one of the leading game companies in the world.
