Abu Dhabi Health Services, a comprehensive healthcare network, completed the acquisition of a 25% stake in Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City from Mayo Clinic, an academic medical center, for $150m. "This integration of SSMC reflects PureHealth's dedication to improving health care standards, positioning Abu Dhabi as a global health care hub," Hamad Al Hammadi, PureHealth Chairman.
