Sequoia Logística, a Brazilian logistics operator, completed the merger with MOVE3, a complete logistics ecosystem, in a $75.7m deal. The business combination results in a unique logistics network model in the national market, combining best practices in a single group, creating one of the private leaders in the express parcels and logistics solutions segment.
