Albion River, a private direct investment firm, completed the acquisition of Maytag Aircraft, provider of aircraft refueling services and air terminal, from SATS-backed Worldwide Flight Services, a ground handling organisation, for $46m. “This divestment is part of our efforts to rationalise our portfolio to concentrate on core businesses that have a strategic fit for the group, focusing on high-value segments that will drive sustainable growth.
