Nutrinor-Gilbert, a Nutrinor Coopérative and Gilbert Énergie joint venture focused on renewable energy projects, completed the acquisition of a 25% stake in Dune-du-Nord wind farm from Plan A Capital, a provider of advisory services for infrastructure and power sectors.
