Pontegadea completed the acquisition of Continental Real Estate Company from Baltisse.

Pontegadea, an investment vehicle of Amancio Ortega, a Spanish billionaire businessman, completed the acquisition of Continental Real Estate Company, an owner of the Royal Park building located in Luxembourg, from Baltisse, an investment office of the Balcaen family. Financial terms were not disclosed.
