Risk Strategies, a specialty insurance brokerage and risk management services provider, completed the acquisition of Hugh Wood US, a provider of commercial lines, personal lines, and benefits solutions across the United States, and Hugh Wood Canada, a niche specialty broker focused on complex commercial lines placements and personal asset protection, from HW International, a global provider of insurance and risk management solutions.
