Main Street Capital-backed Gulf Manufacturing to acquire Maass Special Alloys from Maass Global Group.

Main Street Capital-backed Gulf Manufacturing, a service company, agreed to acquire Maass Special Alloys, a Pipe supplier, from Maass Global Group, a manufacture and distribution of flanges and specialty forged products, forged bar, seamless pipe, and fittings in duplex, stainless steel, and high nickel alloys. Financial terms were not disclosed.
