FLEX Capital, a private equity investor focusing on medium-sized software companies in German-speaking countries, completed the investment in Omikron Systemhaus, a company specializing in transaction banking. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The entrepreneurial depth and operational know-how of FLEX Capital have impressed me deeply.
