BharCap Partners completed the acquisition of Red Oak Inventory Finance from ECN Capital.

BharCap Partners, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Red Oak Inventory Finance, a commercial lender, from ECN Capital, a financing company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
